Job Description:
HR Responsibilities (80%) Download clocking data and work with the Operations Team to check attendance and follow up on documentation. Research new HR policies, such as paternity leave, understand the policy, and recommend how to set it up. Outsource Updates, New Hires, Termination: Follow up on the last payroll processing, Confirmation Appraisal, HR Letters, Insurance updates (new/termination), EPOS add/edit or delete, Stationery management, MOM surveys, Halal Certification follow-up, Work with the Grant Consultant to submit appeals and follow up on grant submissions, if any, Assist the Operations Team in running daily or ad hoc reports Finance Responsibilities (20%) Invoice Management, Submit and follow up on e-invoices. Petty Cash: Follow up on petty cash. Cash Deposits: Assist with cash deposits, if any. Report Preparation: Work with the Finance Team to prepare management reports, such as Daily Sales Channel and Ingredients Report. Bank Token Application: Apply for bank tokens.
Assist the Director in resolving problems, proposing policies, and following up on issues to ensure they are closed.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, within the F&B industry
· Experience in using Xero for finance and Microsoft Excel for HR
