- Evaluate and review credit limits for customers or factors or apply limits from trade credit insurers or import factors, in a timely manner.
- Send notification letters and update records in the system. Conduct debt verification and manage overdue accounts to mitigate risk and support funding.
- Manage periodic reporting and all aspects related to credit insurance, including payments for limit application fees and premiums.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to enhance lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Business, Accountancy, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in credit assessment and credit control management
- Experience and knowledge of Trade Credit Insurance and FCI’s GRIF rules are advantageous.
