Job Summary
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media and email. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders/agencies to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Assist in managing and updating content for owned channels such as the hotel’s website, and other digital platforms, as well as content management for online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available, where necessary
- Assist in managing the hotel’s social media presence, including content strategy and creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community management of social media channels. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and followers.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing the hotel’s performance metrics such as web analytics, social media analytics, and campaign results. Provide regular reports as required to line manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Public Relations & Marketing Communications Department, including preparing documents and presentations, maintaining department records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Stay updated, conduct research, and share relevant insights and recommendations on the best practices, industry trends, and innovations in hospitality, digital marketing, social media management, content management, marketing communications, and public relations.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media marketing as well as media relations
- Fluent in English – written and spoken; proficiency in additional language will be an advantage
- Strong project management and communication skills
