As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving the design and development of virtual account and liquidity management solutions. This role requires strong solution design experience, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs, especially across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic insights on customized solutions.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and configuration of virtual account and liquidity management solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Prior solution design experience is essential.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop and contribute to the success of the project.
- Delivery Support: Assist in planning and tracking project milestones, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Risk Analysis: Identify and address potential risks, ensuring that all solutions comply with regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, solution designs, and reports.
- Thought Leadership: Support the creation of thought leadership materials, including white papers and presentations.
