RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
· Prepare suppliers' payments.
· Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
· Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
· Other duties as and when assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field

· Location: Ubi
· Working Days/Hours: 5.125 days per week,
· one half-day Saturday per month
· Salary: Up to $3500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
