What kind of roles and responsibilities the new teammate is exposed to?
- Explore new Cloud Solutions with the team
- Hands-on execution and System Design and Integration
- Help our customers with their daily IT requests/issues with remote/onsite service tasks
- Learn how to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Train to analyze, investigate and resolve technical issues
- Participate as a team member when the team works on projects
- Learn the art of updating customers’ IT information
- Learn how to build good relationships and trusts with the customer via face-to-face or digital communications
- Train to foresee betterment of customers' workflow and raises sales opportunity for the team
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in IT-related study
- Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply
- Training will be provided
