Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the team to confirm project scope and objectives
- Assess efforts and provide a detailed project schedule and plan
- Manage internal and external development teams to execute projects based on the plan
- Facilitate meetings, track project status, and provide timely updates to various stakeholders
- Analyze, evaluate and resolve project risks and issues
- Provide end-to-end project management throughout the entire project life cycle
- Produce management and stakeholder report updates for all on-going projects
- Apply industry best practices as part of project management; work with other project managers to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, including aspects of process development and execution
- Experience in the digital immersive art industry would be a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing, including advertising and software engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus and proficiency in project management tools, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- As you will be required to liaise with stakeholders based in Korea, the ability to converse in English and Korean would be a plus
