JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and make amendment to reservations or cancellation of reservations.
- Receive email and faxes, etc. and input the booking information into the HMS system.
- Check and verify reservations for the day’s arrivals before putting up the expected arrival list.
- Answer any enquiries pertaining to room reservations and other facilities of the hotel.
- Coordinate with Front Desk on all last-minute arrivals, especially VIP guests to enable prompt follow up.
- File all correspondences in filing cabinets according to the month and date order.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
- Fresh Grade is welcome
- Fluent in spoken and written English to handle email/guest
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel systems
- Strong ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure
- May be required to work nights, weekends and public holidays
