Job Title: Admin Assistant(ID4616)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am – 5.30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000
The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to manage the company’s inventory system, and committed to maintain data accuracy and integrity of the system.
The Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s inventory system
• Provide support for periodic stock checks and stock takes
• Oversee & ensure inventory accuracy in the system
• Review inventory documentation, records and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies if any
• Liaise with warehouse personnel on inventory matters
• Ensure timely updating of supplier price lists and computation of selling price
What It Takes:
• Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or related field
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized
• Possess relevant experience in inventory control
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
