Job Description:
- Assist the project manager in all aspect such as project monitoring, scheduling, management, costing and technical details.
- Ensure that projects are complete on time, within budget, manage sub-contractors. On site work and are of highest quality.
- Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.
- Able to work irregular timing, independently and ability to keep good reporting and documentation work.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- Knowledge in commerical and government submission, setup requirements.
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 years experience in the commercial & retail renovation management and/or site coordination work.
- Knowledge on Network Cable Routing and Fibre Connection.
- Basic Wireless/ Network infrastructure skills set
- Positive attitude, drive, decisiveness, a good team player and reliability.
