Admin Officer (Construction)
1. Handle general administration duties and provide clerical supports to site personnel
2. Coordination of site delivery of materials, liaise closely with main office staff for the
procurement of necessary materials related to safety
3. Update & keep track of daily workforce
4. Attend safety related meetings & take minutes
5. Assist the site team for submission and collection of documents
6. Provide administrative support cum document control
7. Coordinate, implement, maintain and timely updating of all documents
8. Checking and filing of documentation
9. Other adhoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management
Requirements:
1. Min 2 years admin experience
2. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
