Title: Business Analyst - Banking
JD:
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
Work with IT teams to ensure alignment of functional requirements with technical solutions.
Support the development and implementation of banking software systems and applications.
Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience 4-7 Years as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
