Job Description
· Support and Contribute: Assist in Facultative Power/Energy (Downstream) underwriting for both new and renewal accounts, ensuring alignment with Korean Re’s processes, procedures, and risk appetite.
· Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks, coverages, and terms & conditions, providing internal referrals as necessary.
· Operational Management: Handle a variety of operational tasks, including endorsements, data input, claims processing, and performance monitoring of accounts.
· Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other related duties as assigned.
Other requirements
· Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in insurance or reinsurance, particularly in Power/Energy (Downstream) and General Property sectors.
· Regional Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with experience in the South East Asia and ANZ markets, with a solid understanding of the Power/Energy industry.
· Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
· Service Orientation: A strong commitment to service excellence and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
· Time Management: Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage your own time and that of others, especially under tight deadlines.
· Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for clearly and accurately conveying information.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate positive interactions and collaboration.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
