- Position: Regional Sales Manager (Semiconductor)
- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for our clients and market in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam
- Operate independently in the local markets and act as a Salesman for the designated accounts and invest in further regional business development
- Develop markets and channels, identify and qualify potential customers
- Customer management, developing and maintaining customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers
- Take responsibility for understanding customers’ demands and requirements
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Travelling occasionally when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a salesman, including sales, business development and account management.
- Prior experience, knowledge and understanding of the semiconductor back-end equipment & high tech equipment sales industry is required
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills, in English (in speech and writing)
- Understanding of the market (sintering, molding, electronics, automotive, etc.)
- Requires prior experience in packaging solutions seminconductory industry
