Front Office Manager

Ps Manpower Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring adequate shift coverage
  • Welcome guests, handle complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Oversee check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping
  • Monitor and maintain financial records, including cash handling and billing
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenues, and key performance indicators
  • Communicate policies and guest requirements to staff
  • Support the sales team in maximizing room occupancy and revenue
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in management software (e.g., Opera, Protel)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

5.5 Days work week
