Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring adequate shift coverage
- Welcome guests, handle complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping
- Monitor and maintain financial records, including cash handling and billing
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenues, and key performance indicators
- Communicate policies and guest requirements to staff
- Support the sales team in maximizing room occupancy and revenue
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in management software (e.g., Opera, Protel)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
