*Key Responsibilities*:
*Office Management*:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for office needs, including equipment maintenance and services.
- Ensure that office facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
*Personal Assistant Duties*:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure that the executive’s time is efficiently managed.
- Prepare documents for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage personal tasks, including reservations, event planning, and other ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
