Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new clients within the motor dealer industry, driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
What you’ll do :
- Identify potential clients within the motor dealer industry and develop a strategic approach to engage and secure new business.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs and industry-specific challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful contract closures.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong industry knowledge and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
