Job Description:
- Perform full spectrum of HR Recruitment process
- Understand recruitment needs and work closely with hiring managers to source for appropriate talents effectively and efficiently
- Administer recruitment related reports
- Responsible for updating and maintaining HR documents
- Coordinate with HR team to provide positive employee experience, i.e. on-boarding, orientation, meeting arrangements, events and logistics
- Provide general administrative support and participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Good knowledge in Government legislation
- Digitally savvy with intermediate competence in MS Office suite
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
