Purchasing Executive Cum Admin | Up to $3.3k | 5 Days | Pioneer
Working Day: Monday - Friday 8.15 am to 5.30 pm
Working Location: Near Pioneer MRT
Salary: $2600 – 3300
Job Duties:
- To place orders with existing local/overseas suppliers.
- Sourcing for new suppliers with more competitive price.
- Processing of purchase orders and related documents.
- Planning and monitoring closely with suppliers on delivery schedule.
- Preparing of costing for tenders.
- To arrange for evaluation of sample for testing purposes, if required.
- To feedback to suppliers on products defect/complaints from customer and claim warranty, if applicable.
- To prepare TT payment to overseas supplies.
- To liaise with forwarders for clearance of cargoes.
- Any ad hoc duties if required.
Job Requirements:
- Electronics/Electrical background would be an advantage
- With 2 years of working relevant experience
