Position: Automotive Service Advisor- Jeep and Alfa Romeo
1. Making appointment
- Service Advisor are required to answer phone call enquiries and making appointment for customer.
2. Vehicle receiving
- Attend and provide service maintenance and repair recommendation to customer.
3. In-service follow-up
- Coordinate with workshop to ensure the vehicle meet service deadline and provide additional quotation to customer, if any.
4. Vehicle hand-over
- Contact customer for vehicle collection and explain work performed and servicing/ repair charges when customer arrives.
5. Follow-up call
- Call customers within 72 hours from last visit to ensure job is carried in order.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Qualifications: N or O level / NITEC
- Driving licence: Class 3 with min 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft skills.
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage
- Working environment in Showroom (Leng Kee)
- 5.5 working days per week
