Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Lead of Modern Workspace, you will lead our team of user computer support specialists, focusing on M365 Modern Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption and optimization of digital tools to enhance productivity and collaboration across our organization. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in M365, you will play a crucial role in deploying, managing, and optimizing the use of M365 across the user communities in Mandai.
- Lead and manage a team of user computer support specialists dedicated to providing exceptional support for M365 Modern Workplace solutions.
- Design and implement best practices for managing and optimizing M365 services, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to understand their needs and tailor M365 solutions to enhance work processes and productivity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all users are equipped to fully utilize M365 capabilities.
- Monitor and report on the usage, performance, and security of M365 services, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest M365 features and updates, integrating them into the organization’s digital workspace strategy.
- Manage projects related to the deployment, migration, and integration of M365 services.
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for complex issues related to M365.
- Experience with Google Workspace is advantageous and will be considered when integrating or collaborating with external partners using Google's suite of tools.
- Work closely with the cybersecurity and technology compliance team to safeguard information security and uphold IT policies and standards.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with M365 in a large-scale organization (1000+ users), demonstrating a deep understanding of its applications and services.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team in a technical support or IT environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully deploying and managing digital workplace technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in M365 and/or other relevant areas are highly desirable.
- Experience with Google Workspace will be considered an asset, though not mandatory.
