Job Responsibilites
- Support and assist in crew management and compliance to regulatory requirements governing Company's vessels
- To ensure crew qualifications/documentation checked and verified prior to joining
- To ensure crew personal file created, updated and uploaded and recorded in company's profile
- Handling visas and ensuring legislation of crew certification are adhered
- Handling of flag state application and requirements
- To plan, coordinate and execute crew change for Company's vessels
- Handling crewing functions such as crew changes
- To ensure crewing operations are in full compliance with the laws and regulations within the countries that we operate as well as the requirements of the charters
- To ensure joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements
- To arrange crew logistics' and visa
- Liaise with marine government agencies in Singapore and overseas
- Verify crewing expenses and punctual submission of accrual and weekly crewing reports
