As a Creative Designer, you are the visionaries behind the visual and conceptual aesthetics that captivate audiences across various media platforms. You are to combine artistry with innovation to craft compelling designs that communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target demographic. You are expected to contribute creatively and strategically, from concept to completion, produce work that is not only visually striking but also purposeful and aligned with the marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and developing original design concepts that align with branding strategies and marketing goals
- Collaborating with marketer to understand project requirements and create cohesive designs that reflect the brand's identity
- Utilizing design software to create visual elements such as logos, layouts, illustrations, videos and infographics
- Presenting design concepts and mock-ups to management for review, feedback, and approval
- Revising and refining designs based on collaborative input and critique to meet or exceed expectations
- Ensuring consistency in design across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Staying abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain innovation and excellence in design work
- Overseeing the production of final design elements, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of brand style guides and design templates
- Providing expertise and guidance on visual communication and design best practices within the organization
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience of at least 2 years
- A strong portfolio with still and motive graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- At least a Diploma in Design or related fields
