About Our Client

Job Description
- Oversee and manage a direct report in financial accounting and reporting
- Ensure accurate journal entries and allocations, reconcile accounts, and analyze financial transactions for the organization
- Manage the organization's cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity for operations and ensure funds are allocated according to corporate policies
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Yardi, etc will be good
