Glencore Singapore Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore Plc. and engages in commodity trading, the Singapore office employs approximately 220 staff working from a single site.
We are seeking for an organised and self-motivated Senior HR Executive. The successful candidate will be a good all-rounder, with a pragmatic and “can-do” attitude, working to provide excellent levels of service to the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end-to-end HR activities; including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, training and development and performance management;
- Engage in campus engagement activities such as career fairs and internship, building a robust network of young talent pipeline;
- Partner closely with line managers to execute HR strategy to support business needs;
- Organise HR engagement activities and projects;
- Handle employee queries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and ensure prompt resolution of issues;
- Any other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
- Relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in the commodity industry
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Workday
- Strong technical skills required to support data analytical projects
