Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts by compliance with accounting standards: date entry for AP, AR, GL, monthly & yearly account closing etc.Handle all tax matters, including compliance for indirect & direct tax, transfer pricing etc.
- Responsible for the cash/treasury management and relationships with banks & government agencies
- Liaise with auditors during account audit process.
- Complete weekly, monthly, yearly reports on the local and international group levels.
- In charge of the yearly budget process and monthly performance follow-up
- Handle all HR related scope including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, People and Culture,
- Monitor all admin related scope according to present SOP.
- Other responsibilities: such as insurance, car fleet management, defining and implementing procedures, improving processes etc
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements :
- Minimum degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax related.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Ms Office
