2. Preparation of project budget and cost controlling
3. Procurement of building materials
4. To interview, evaluate and recommend sub-contractors to Project Director.
5. Award of sub-contract
6. Liaise with supplier for delivery schedule
7. Works closely with site management
8. Monitor project budgeting
9. Site weekly meeting
10. Preparation progress claim and compilation of variation orders claim
11. Evaluation and preparation of fortnightly Sub-Contractor’s Claim
12. Good in negotiation skill
