-Design and implement email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns to engage target audiences.
-Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
-Utilize tools like JotForm to capture and manage customer information.
2. Input Information in Tracking List
-Maintain and update tracking lists with accurate data.
-Generate regular reports to track marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
-Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
3. Create Promotional Materials
-Identify and develop necessary promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
-Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and are designed to engage and inform the target audience.
-Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials across various channels.
4. Calculate Introducer Fees
-Define and manage the fee structure for introducers.
-Track introductions and associated deals to accurately calculate fees.
-Generate reports for accounting and ensure timely payment of introducer fees.
5. Preparation of Service Agreements and Introducer Agreements
-Develop and maintain standard templates for service and introducer agreements.
-Customize agreements as needed for specific deals or clients.
-Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all agreements are compliant and thorough.
-Facilitate the distribution and signing of agreements using electronic signature platforms.
(5.5 day work week (including Saturday mornings))
