Job Description: Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of high-profile projects across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the events, exhibitions, or sports industries and be capable of managing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics, to develop project plans and timelines.
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Oversee the transportation, installation, and dismantling of event structures and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients, vendors, and team members to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, including budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Travel to project locations in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand as required, with accommodations and air travel provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or sports industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (work from home)
Salary:
- $5000 to $8000
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand as required. Accommodation and air tickets provided.
