Corporate Communications
· Lead and manage all aspects of corporate communications, ensuring alignment with HistoIndex’s brand identity and corporate objectives.
· Act as the primary point of contact within the organization to coordinate and harmonize communication activities across departments.
· Conceptualize, draft, and produce high-quality executive announcements, letters, management presentations, and other corporate materials.
Media Relations
· Develop and implement media strategies, including the preparation and distribution of and press releases highlighting HistoIndex’s initiatives, milestones and achievements through print, online media, industry news platforms and news outlets (local or overseas)
· Liaise with communications counterparts of collaborating companies to facilitate statements by spokespersons and execute press release announcements
· Monitor and respond to print, online and social media (local and overseas) related to HistoIndex’s AI-based digital pathology platform, drug development activities and industry updates
Marketing Communications
· Design and execute marketing strategies to effectively engage HistoIndex’s target audience across various channels
· Conceptualize the layout of the content for corporate, marketing and online, including presentations, electronic direct mailers, e-posters, videos, podcasts, etc
· Manage and execute publications and collaterals both internally and externally
· Maintain, manage and update company’s digital presence, including the website, social media pages, general contact email and online media enquiries
Events and Outreach
· Plan, organize and execute industry-specific meetings with target audience to achieve HistoIndex’s strategic objectives
· Manage and execute HistoIndex-sponsored events, and sourcing for relevant event partnerships to promote HistoIndex’s visibility
· Liaise with industry partners and committees to explore and capitalize on on outreach opportunities that align with HIstoIndex’s goals
