JOB DESCRIPTION
A leading global company in Oil & Gas refinement and distribution industry is currently looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their team.
The Human Resource Manager will serve as a key individual contributor, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes ensuring smooth daily operations, developing and refining HR strategies, handling talent acquisition, managing payroll, compensation, and benefits, and fostering positive employee relations.
The incumbent will also ensure that the company's HR policies and practices comply with Singapore labor laws and group policies, and will act as the primary liaison with the headquarters.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resource function
- Strong knowledge in employment laws and regulatory compliances in Singapore
- Fluent in both English and Chinese language to facilitate Human Resource related matters with China branch
- Previous experience working with Chinese multinational corporations or Oil & Gas firms is good to have
