Job Title: District Sales, Business Development

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Work from Home)
Salary:
$5,000 - $6,000 + Commissions, no cap
Travel Requirements:
Travel to Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. Accommodation and air tickets provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and develop new sales channels to drive business growth.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships with regular visits and top-notch service.
- Manage and control sales expenses while enhancing overall sales strategies.
- Collaborate on project execution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in sales related to events, exhibitions, or architectural design.
- Background in sales of fixed buildings, steel structures, or high-end structures.
- Strong adaptability, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
