- Collaborate with the management team to understand business strategies, analyze current organization performance, develop / implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and process improvement activities in order to support the aggressive business growth.
- Execute group plan, support the planning of production schedules, as well as formulate and recommend supporting policies and program.
- Create, track and manage budgets for QC and Logistic, timelines, tasks, responsibilities and activities to meet customer product quality and on-time delivery expectations.
- Ability to drive the QC and Logistic operation to meet goals / objectives, ISO procedural requirements & ensure compliance to quality management systems.
- Identify, track and report metrics for QC and Logistic process performance and consistency.
- Able to identify areas of cost reduction and improvements.
- Manage supply chain activities for QC and Logistic.
- Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to leaders and employees under care.
- Assist the Senior Manager to liaise with customers concerning product specifications quality issues and delivery issues.
- Update quality standards and delivery standards regularly to the teams in order to conform to customers’ requirements.
- Plan and supervise the QC Technicians to perform in-coming, in-process and final QC daily activities.
- Participate in trouble-shooting activities, if any.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
