Main roles and responsibilities for Montigo Resorts Nongsa
Responsible for managing the relationship, qualifying and evaluating corporate accounts in Singapore sales solicitation for groups and individual business, catering and food & beverage within assigned segments, source and close sufficient leads to achieve budget and individual goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales & marketing objectives and goals as set by the management
- Build rapport with industry accounts and industry related associations and networks
- Generate new corporate accounts and maintain existing accounts
- Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis and conduct site inspections
- Scheduled 3 sales calls daily , one week in advance and share this information in weekly sales reports
- Prepare and communicate proposals and contracts to customers
- Prepare and organise marketing proposals and activities
- Track and share information regarding new business trends
- Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and develop solutions
- Keep track of competitors regarding special promotions and rate packages
- Communicate customer requirements effectively to ensure commitments are met
- Build up good rapport with departments at Montigo Resorts
- Dress in a manner which is appropriate to a professional business environment and as set out in the hotel Human Resources hygiene and presentation code of conduct
- Communicate guests’ requirements effectively to the Operations team
- Accounts review during monthly sales meetings and to discuss on strategies to achieve the set target
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly sales report
Sales and Revenue
- To maximize sales and revenue by providing good service and upsell
- Achieve assigned monthly target
- Promote, recommend and upsell all Food and Beverage activities, resort room nights
