- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the process of providing TCM services.
- Responsible for patient safety and patient care, and the SOPs that facilitate these objectives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards including infection control measures.
- Participate in strategic planning and business plans.
- Handle, resolve, and communicate complaints and incidents.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct general clinic duties, such as patient consultations, dispensary work, and customer service.
- Oversee TCM student internship.
- Promote and educate the public on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through talks and outreach events.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in operations.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (to be able to converse with Mandarin-speaking patients).

- Salary will commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, 5 working days (Off On Sunday and one Weekday)
