Job Description
- Manage the entire supply chain process ensuring operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and avoiding overstock.
- Manage warehousing and logistics operations to streamline transportation and distribution, improving delivery times and reducing costs.
- Identify and implement changes to streamline supply chain operations
The Successful Applicant
- Minimally 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Possess Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.
- Strong ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Proficient in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
