The Successful Applicant
- Trust and Estate Management: Oversee the daily management of trust portfolios, which includes tasks such as setting up new bank or brokerage accounts, distributing funds to beneficiaries, transferring assets, and overseeing investments.
- Perform periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to confirm they adhere to trust agreements, company policies, and applicable legal and tax standards.
- Keep trust records precise and current. Establish and maintain Viewpoint Master files, upload all trust documents into ViewPoint, and ensure the upkeep of all key principal records and trust files.
- Serve as the main contact for trust clients, ensuring clear communication and top-notch customer service. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on their needs.
- Capable of preparing trustee meeting minutes, resolutions, and other trust-related documents.
