Job Scope
- Perform QA testing for the developed Tableau data models, dashboards and reports
- Monitor automated processes and reports to ensure data accuracy
- Investigate and analyze data issues and fix the gaps
- Provide support to Tableau online platform with enhancements and bug fixes
- Assist business user with data queries
- Ensure timely delivery of BAU reports
- Suggest improvement in process to increase efficiency in monitoring and data validation
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests and providing insights to the stakeholders
- Ensure the integrity and security of data
- Support department initiatives and collaborate within BA team in joint analytics for problem solving and issues resolution
- Support BA software application / tools enhancement / upgrade activities
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau dashboarding, implementing data analytics projects, Including experience in data analysis using R and Python
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or Applied Statistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management & collaborative tools - JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Finance products knowledge and/or Wealth management business acumen is a plus
