The Role:
As Energea’s Art Director, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising and executing creative solutions, holistic design systems and leading a team of creatives to progress the brand on a global scale. You should be a disciplined creative who understands that every piece of work deserves care and attention to detail, with a strong ability to communicate strategically-led ideas and direction clearly throughout the creative process without losing sight of the original objective and vision.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with a diverse in-house team of creatives, copywriters, and marketers to deliver through-the-line work, including packaging, digital marketing collaterals, and social media content
• Work with sales, marketing and product teams to come up with the right resources, timelines and solutions from a creative standpoint
• Plan and execute photoshoots and video productions with external photographers or production houses
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing collateral, product designs, and communication materials.
• Support the Group Creative Director in ensuring creative quality assurance for all deliverables
Requirements:
• At least 6-8 years of working experience in an advertising environment
• Possess an excellent eye for visual aesthetics with a great sense of typography, colour and layout
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments
• Ability to work both independently, and within a team
• Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to lead and guide a team will be a requirement to be considered for the Senior role
