Job Summary
Promoters showcase the features, benefits and unique selling points of the Company products. They need to have a deep understanding of the offerings and can effectively communicate this information to potential customers. Promoters engage with individuals or groups, confidently present the product's value proposition, answer questions and address concerns. They use engaging demonstrations and presentations to create a memorable and persuasive experience that captures the interest and trust of the target audience.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. Be our product ambassador by promoting Company’s products range to customers.
2. Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase Company products.
3. Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information.
4. Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, and other incentives to persuade customers to buy Company products.
5. Record and report demonstration-related information such as the number of questions asked by the audience and the number of coupons distributed.
6. Learn about competitors’ products and consumers’ interests and concerns in order to answer question and provide more complete information or data.
7. Committed to drive sales.
8. Replenish stocks on shelf, do stock rotation and inventory control in-store.
9. Handle customer’s enquiries and channel feedback to supervisor.
