Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead café staff to ensure top-notch service and efficiency.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support.
- Manage daily operations, including shifts and task delegation.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, upholding quality standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering and restocking.
- Maintain café cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with café promotions and special events.
- Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance.
Requirements:
- Certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
