- Lead and manage the marketing team to create multi-channel campaigns for both consumer and professional markets, following a standard approach
- Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to provide insights that support business goals
- Work with various teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that drive business growth
- Identify marketing tool gaps and create plans to meet business targets
- Track the ROI of campaigns, manage costs, and drive revenue growth
- Share and implement best practices within the team and region
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Experience in healthcare industry will be preferred
- Min 5-6 years of experience required (Marketing/Data analytics)
- Working location: Central
- Working hours: 9am-6pm
- Salary up to $5000
