Job Overview:
This role involves meeting sales targets for a designated territory by creating opportunities with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet GP service targets for your assigned region.
- Develop strategies to ensure personal and team success.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients in your region, focusing on ideal client profiles.
- Engage with clients and key stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.
- Reach FaceTime goals through meetings, calls, and direct communication with prospects and current customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities that exceed the region’s targets.
- Record and track opportunities using the CRM system.
- Stay updated on new routes, services, and industry trends to offer effective supply chain solutions.
- Share important client information internally.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Use GSP tools as needed.
- Work closely with sales teams and other departments to boost sales and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry.
- Understanding of the local economy, international markets, and factors like currency and cultural differences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Fluent in the local language, with strong communication skills in English.
- Skilled in presentations, comfortable speaking to small groups.
