Experienced Project Manager on Residential Landed Houses.
Job Scope:
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings.
- Take responsibility for managing the construction work on-site.
- Ensure all construction activities meet stringent Workplace, Health, and Safety guidelines and regulations.
- Oversee all project activities, including project schedule, staff development, site safety, and security.
- To Act as the Technical Controller, he must personally supervise the execution and performance of any general building work.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License
- Degree Holder
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in managing projects related to landed residential houses.
- Able to work within tight timelines and under pressure.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and meticulous to details.
- Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently in a fast-paced working environment.
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
