Responsibilities:
1. Commerical & Costing
(i) Capture orders from customers throughout SG market to meet country local budget
(ii) Achieve budget and target certified revenue monthly
(iii) Initiate regular interaction with existing customers to build rapport
2. Project Management
(i) Lead site team in on-site works handling
(ii) Lead project team in off-site works handling
(iii) Lead regular project management meetings
(iv) Lead tendering of projects
(v) Lead design of ERSS
3. Warehouse Management
(i) Lead weekly warehouse movement, inspection and repair management
(ii) Enforce company SOP for leasing assets in/out, inspection, washing and repair, including billing and dispute for any left-in materials upon material return
(iii) Conduct regular visit and spot-check on warehouse operations
(iv) Engage auditor and team members for bi-annual stock count requirement for leasing materials
(v) Manage monthly warehouse cost and relevant SGA, including regular review of pricing and warehouse requirements
4. AOB & Housekeeping
(i) Lead project kick-off meeting for all project and leasing secured in country
(ii) Engage poor credit customers for commercial settlement or legal case proceedings following company AR policy timeline.
(iii) Lead bi-annual regional stock count with support of regional team
Requirements
- S'porean / PR
- SGD 6,500 - 8,500
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Robust skills in MIcrosoft Office/CAD software
- Experienced in project management, dealing with client and contractors, able to work both office/site
- Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
