Job responsibilities


Work closely with management to provide manpower advisory and support in line with company’s business strategies. Reporting to the General Manager (China), sole contributor and overall in charge of the Human Resource & Administration Management as follows:


HR Matters

· Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operational and administration activities.

· Responsible of daily HR operational tasks such as:

§ monthly payroll processing and timely submission of statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, Maternity Leave Claims, etc)

§ work passes applications, renewals, cancellations, update of foreign workers’ particulars, maintenance of employee electronic and p-files, leave tracking, training records and grants management, onboarding support, off-boarding arrangements, exit management etc.

§ review job description, post advertisements on job portals, liaise with recruitment agencies, screen & shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews.

§ remuneration programs including annual salary review, performance bonus payment, incentive programs and rewards.

§ preparation of monthly and other ad hoc reports such as payroll cost centre report, FWL, annual leaves and manpower report.

· Manage benefits program such as WICA, insurances, medical / dental claims, rewards and recognition awards etc.

· Familiar and ensure that company’s policies and guidelines are in place with local statutory requirement and Employment Act.

· Proactive in improving overall HR procedures and efficiency to keep up with current market dynamics and the company’s business demands.

· Work with department heads to prepare manpower planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.

· Manage and control manpower and HR department budgets.

· Prepare and submit MOM & other statutory board HR-related surveys.

· Support and liaise with internal and external auditors on payroll audit matters.

· Support company events and employee engagement activities.


Administration Matters

· All the general administrative works and supports, including but not limited to reception duties, mail collection, office & warehouse maintenance, staff uniforms, pantry maintenance, stationery supplies maintenance etc.

· Supervise/negotiate contracts and purchase requests with service providers including office lease, travel agents, hotels, company’s vehicles, companies’ telephone etc.


Other Responsibilities

· Company Admin for Swab Registration System (SRS) - Administration of all Covid-19 operations that involve SMM, Safe Travel Entry and all its related activities for our business under the prevailing government rules.

· Risk Assessment Manager – To be responsible for identifying safety hazards at workplaces and taking steps to eliminate or reduce the risks. This includes assessing, controlling, monitoring, and communicating risks under the Workplace Safety and Health (Risk Management) Regulations by MOM.

· Safe Management Manager – To be responsible to assist in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the system of Safe Management Measures at the workplace to provide a safe working environment for employees and minimise risks of further outbreaks. Including Policy, procedure and forms requested by MOM & MOH.

· Fire Safety Manager – To be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of fire safety systems, and associated practices for Office, warehouse and boutiques. Attend audit check and enquiries by SCDF.


Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline with HR Specialization

· At Least 3-5 years of HR experience

· Full knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower

· Knowledge on Sage EasyPay, EasyTime, BCA regulations, Workplace Safety & Health, Fire Safety Manager certification will be an added advantage

· Good communication, people, time management, analytical, problem-solving and organizing skills

· Passionate about HR work and possess strong resilience

· Pro-active, Energetic, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Possess good working attitude and positive mindset

· Preferable able to start work immediately
