Responsibilities
- Manage the public email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries
- Escalate complex cases to the supervisor and keep accurate records of inquiries
- Monitor trends and suggest updates to the agency’s FAQ
- Publish events, update attendance, and generate reports on the portal
- Liaise with vendors and partners for event coordination and feedback
- Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in customer service would be advantageous.
- Minimum Degree holders.
