Job scope:
- Provide daily onsite IT support on hardware, networks and software.
- Provide timely resolution of customer issues
- Update tasks performed via ticketing system or team lead.
- Configuration of client's equipment to connect to corporate network and domain
- Follow and enforce IT, Security and acceptable use parties
- Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications when needed
- Provide and assist in technical support for users and other engineers in Singapore
- Help to maintain and keep track of IT assets for assigning to user and disposals
- Liaise with vendors on repair and maintenance of IT related equipment
- Deliver Windows deployment and migration projects.
Requirement:
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge in Laptop and mobile support
- Able to provide L1-L2 support
- Provide offshore support when needed
