Accounts Payable Officer/Executive:
- Salary: $2300 - $3500
- Working days: Monday – Friday (9am – 6:15pm) + 1 half day Sat per month (9am – 1pm)
- Working Locations: Ubi
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Must with AP experience
Job Descriptions:
- Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
- Prepare suppliers' payments.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
