JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of Quality Safety and Health professionals to deliver timely and quality services to the Project.
- Assess the effectiveness, safety and efficiencies of operations.
- Develop the WSH strategy for the Projects in collaboration with the Project Staff.
- Develop a culture that prioritises safety.
- Advise on EHS legal and other requirements.
- Ensure provision in legal requirement such as WSH ACT and WSH (Construction) Regulations are compiled with.
- Preparation of reports for internal & external stakeholders where required.
- Conduct incident investigation & audits.
- Conduct safety training and behavioural programmes including toolbox talks and inductions.
- Responsible for company’s ISO.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety.
- Accredited WSHO is a must.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
